  1. Q- Where do we Ship?
    A- Luxe Shoe Boutique will ship products within the United States and United States territories.
  2. Q- When can I expect my order?
    A- Please allow 3-5 business days after your order has been placed to receive your product. A confirmation email will be sent to you informing you the package has been shipped.
  3. Q- What shipping carrier is used?
    A- We will ship products using the carrier service of USPS. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In some instances, Luxe Shoe Boutique may offer free shipping. In this event, a promo code will be used at the time of check out to allow for free shipping. Once the product leaves our warehouse Luxe Shoe Boutique is not responsible for any of the following; damaged package, delayed and/or missing package. If you wish to insure your product against shipping interruptions/inconveniences please email sales@luxeshoe.com before your order is shipped.
  4. Q- What is the refund policy?
    A- All sales are final on accessories. Exchange or store credit only for shoes. Selected shoes may be allowed for exchange within 7 days of purchase with valid receipt.  Product must show NO signs of wear.  Any  shipping cost back to Luxe Shoe Boutique belongs to the customer.
  5. Q- How do I place an order?
    A- For faster processing we ask that you place  orders via the website at www.luxeshoe.com . Any time an item is not shown on the website but shown on Social media, please contact the boutique because the item may not have reached the website during your visit.  You also have the option to send an order request via email to sales@luxeshoe.com or you contact us via phone to personally place an order.
  6. Q- What payment forms are accepted?
    A- We accept all major credit cards and debit cards as well as Paypal. You will select your payment method at check-out.
